First Visit

Welcome to PLUNJ, Utah's first cold plunge and sauna studio! Reserve your spot online before visiting. All guests must complete a waiver (available online or at the front desk). Bring a swimsuit, water bottle, and wet-safe shoes. We provide towels, electrolytes, and tea. Our regimen is simple: hot, cold, rest, repeat. Spend 10-15 minutes in our dry sauna (175°F – 190°F), rinse off, cold plunge for 30 seconds to 5 minutes (50°F water), then relax for 3-5 minutes with complimentary tea. Repeat 2-3 times for the full experience. Listen to your body—this isn't a competition. We can't wait to see you conquer the cold!
