New to sauna? Here’s what we tell every first-time guest:

As a general guide, 10–15 minutes per round is the sweet spot for most people. Sessions over 20 minutes at a stretch can place unnecessary stress on the cardiovascular system — and more isn’t always better. Over time, your body adapts, and you’ll find your rhythm.
